Initial Component Concept
Customer concept information is used to create CAD product information for part evaluation.

Rapid Prototyping
3D prototypes are printed from CAD data, These prototypes are valuable to check form, fit and function as well as tolerances.
Rapid prototyping ensures that a component is quickly developed to a customer's requirements.

Production Process
A Manufacturing method is decided by selecting the most efficient process for making the product. 
This includes acquisition of raw materials and development of production tooling to make parts that meet the design specifications.

Quality Inspection
Products are checked to our industry standard Quality Process of checks and gauging to monitor the production outcomes,
including weld testing during the manufacturing process.

Logistic Supply Chain
Our Logistics Department packages and ships product to our customers in line with their requirements.
